June and July were very successful months for the economy of Butte-Silver Bow. At the end of June, the BLDC, City/County, and Butte Chamber hosted the 3rd annual Montana Young Professionals Summit. The summit attracted over 100 young professionals from all corners of the state (Sydney to Whitefish) which included a leadership training from Leadership Montana, keynote speakers, informative breakout sessions, and events tailored to showcasing Butte. Feedback from the event was incredibly positive, and numerous attendees have reached out since the event to share that they have come back to Butte to seek out similar experiences they partook in at the event. The event would not have been able to take place without our BLDC team, community leaders, business sponsors, and volunteers. We appreciate all of your support.
