Wyoming needs to create an immersive art destination

The state needs to be doing all it can to retain the artistically minded residents that are born here, as well as utilize its strengths to become an epicenter of cultural pilgrimage. My hope is that ENDOW will course correct on this dramatic deficiency for the future.
