Charter shuts down some services in Billings call center; 70 positions cut

Charter Spectrum has told employees it is shutting down a portion of its call center in Billings.

Specifically, the Billings call center will no longer handle video repair calls, a move that eliminates 70 positions. Those employees who specialized in taking the video repair calls were offered other jobs within the company, said spokesman Bret Picciolo.
