Billings sportswoman talks about how to effectively advocate for resources

In a country as polarized as the United States, it can be difficult to successfully advocate for a particular point of view.

It all comes down to effectively getting the message across, Alexis Bonogofsky, co-founder of Artemis, said Saturday during a daylong advocacy clinic in downtown Billings.

Artemis http://artemis.nwf.org/ , a sportswomen’s organization, is an offshoot of the National Wildlife Federation. The focus of the conservation group ranges from sharpening the skills women need to hunt and fish to providing them the tools to protect natural resources.
