New law enhances Delaware as supportive environment for scientific and high-tech startups

The Delaware BioScience Association (Delaware Bio) applauds the Delaware General Assembly’s passage of the Job Creation and Innovation Act for Small Technology Companies (HB 170). This establishes incentive for angel investors to provide crucial capital to early-stage companies engaged in innovative scientific or high-tech work.
