Advisor Group firm’s settlement over Missoula-based former broker Barry Hartman’s practices regarding Invizeon pushes regulatory payouts over $18M

"This guy (Barry Hartman) did stuff he shouldn’t have been doing," Advisor Group CEO Jamie Price said in an interview in late April. "It’s 100% resolved, and I think Montana did the job that they’re required to do to protect the people in their state."

Hartman and the firm, Invizeon, later filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection.
