Airport, aviation company in talks to build Cheyenne flight school

A Brush, Colo.-based flight training business is in talks with Cheyenne Regional Airport officials about the possibility of leasing space for the development of a private aviation college.

NorthEast Planes Aviation Inc. was founded by certified flight instructor Elliot Arthur two decades ago, specializing in aircraft maintenance, purchase consultation, casual flight training and pilot services.
