Focusing on Philipsburg: Documentary to depict revitalization of historic mining community, 1980s photojournalism project

This year Philipsburg is celebrating its 150-year anniversary. And to honor the sesquicentennial, Jim Jenner, Philipsburg resident and former president of the town’s Rotary Club, is creating a documentary called "Saving the Burg" that chronicles the town’s Cinderella story.

"The Philipsburg recipe for longevity is a mixture of hope, resilience, tenacity, community, versatility and faith."
