More than 650 small business owners and wholesale buyers will gather in Helena Friday and Saturday for the 20th annual Made in Montana Tradeshow for Food and Gifts.
The craftspeople, food producers, artists and entrepreneurs will sell their authentic Montana-made products on Friday to more than 500 wholesale buyers who are stocking their store shelves for the busy summer tourist season.
"Visitors to Montana seek out authentic Made in Montana products," Montana Department of Commerce Director Pam Haxby-Cote said. "And Montanans take great pride in showcasing their innovative products to buyers and members of the public who get a sneak-peek at new Montana-made goods."
Out-of-state visitors spend more than $3.3 billion in Montana, and more than $78 million of that was spent specifically on products promoted as Made in Montana.
