Hey Web Developers. MATR needs your help!

I’ve spent 2 years with 3 different companies who all said they would rebuild MATR and I’m back to square 1.

The problem wasn’t the requirements. The problem was that they either didn’t have the developers with the necessary skills or they lost these folks during the development process and weren’t able to get the job done. Very frustrating to say the least.

Basically I want to update the 15 year old PHP site in either PHP or whatever language the developers think will get the job done. Simple things like hyperlinks, images etc. but most important to keep the same design. There will be new functionality that will take this site to the next level and beyond.

Whoever can get this done is going to enjoy not only a high visibility on the site but an ongoing development process for the plans I have for the site(s).
