The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

The awareness of, interest in, and expectations of the transformation of transportation through the integration of technologies that ultimately lead to automated vehicles is now a daily topic in business and contemporary media.
