Is Great Falls a business-friendly community?

Many of my business clients over the years would say "no, it’s a difficult community in which to start, expand and operate a business." Yet most City officials, elected and otherwise, would beg to differ. "We are a very business-friendly community," they would tell you, "and we work hard to foster economic growth."

So, what gives?
