Bozeman Chronicle Editorial: Belgrade, Montana smart to plan for future

Belgrade, once just a bedroom community for people who worked in Bozeman, is coming into its own identity as a community and as a city. Belgrade’s population, 7,389, eclipsed Livingston’s, 7,044, in the 2010 census, and if the Census Bureau’s estimates are right, it will soon outsize Livingston by 1,000 or more people.
