Governor Bullock Welcomes Western Governors to Montana

Governors to discuss critical issues facing the West, including infrastructure, forest and rangeland management, childhood hunger, and trade relationships

Governor Steve Bullock today welcomed governors from across the West to Montana for the Western Governors’ Association (WGA) Annual Meeting. As Chairman of the WGA, Governor Bullock is hosting his colleagues and guests, such as actor and anti-hunger activist Jeff Bridges in Whitefish, Montana.

"It’s an honor to welcome my friends and colleagues to my home state of Montana," said Governor Bullock. "I am confident that as governors from both sides of the aisle, we can show the rest of the nation that when we work together in a bipartisan way, we can advance meaningful work to benefit the public good, on everything from trade to infrastructure and natural resource management."

Canadians urge Western Governors group to help tone down rhetoric around NAFTA
