Oregon IoT startup Rigado raises $3.3 million in initial funding

Rigado https://www.rigado.com/ , a startup formed last year by the combination of businesses in Salem and Portland, said Thursday it has raised $3.3 million in a first round of funding.
The company makes wireless hardware to help companies build a class of connected devices known as the Internet of Things. Rigado said its technology can help clients build wireless devices more quickly and less expensively.
Rigado said it will use the investment to expand in Europe and Asia and expand its product line.
