St. Peter’s starts program to improve primary care, will hire 30 doctors in Helena, Montana

After patients at St. Peter’s Hospital https://www.stpetes.org/ said they were struggling to access physicians and ongoing medical care, the hospital is joining a pilot program to improve primary care and will hire 30 doctors over the next two years.

The two initiatives are separate, but will both work toward the hospital’s goal to remedy a lack of patient access identified in a community survey last year.
