Title: Project Manager

Growing e-commerce company http://quiltybox.com/ and fulfillment center is seeking a full-time Project Manager.

Duties would include managing product roll out, customer service, and various business
processes. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of business fundamentals, be flexible,
and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements

● Technical Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs is
required as well as the ability to learn customer support, web platform, and shipping
systems. (Trello, Zendesk, Shipstation, Cratejoy, WordPress)

● Communication: Clear, concise, and timely communication with the CEO and other
associates is essential.

● Work Ethic: Assignments may take many weeks to complete with little direction. You will
need to have the ability to solve problems and think independently.

● Organization: Multiple projects are in various stages of completion. Keeping the projects
moving forward and maintaining information on the projects will be your main
responsibility.

Primary Tasks

● Work with CEO to maintain schedule of tasks across two brands (Quilty Box, CMYfabriK
Box) and fulfillment center.

● Coordinate with other associates to complete tasks and projects.

● Maintain progression of projects with project management software (Trello).

● Resolve customer support issues in a timely manner.

● Main projects include:

* Monthly publication/magazine

* Monthly bundle of products

* Special Edition bundles

* Documentation of business processes

* Weekly Key Metric recording

Title: Warehouse Manager

Hours: Full time – 40 hours/week Pay: Salary, DOE Location: Missoula, MT

Job Overview

Quilty Box http://quiltybox.com/ , a popular monthly subscription box of quilting supplies and 3PL to other ecommerce
brands, is seeking a full-time warehouse manager. Duties would include managing order
fulfillment, inventory control, and warehouse maintenance. Customer support and fulfillment
account management will be additional areas of responsibilities. This position reports to the
CEO and is based in Missoula, MT. Must have great organizational skills, communication skills,
and a love for processes and reliability.

Requirements

● Organizational Skills: Our warehouse contains thousands of products among hundreds
of SKUs across multiple clients, keeping these aspects organized is essential.

● Communication: The warehouse manager will need to communicate on a daily basis
with the project manager, CEO and clients. Communication should be clear and concise
and friendly.

● Work Ethic: This position requires a level of responsibility and the wherewithal to
complete tasks with minimal oversight. This is not a desk job. The warehouse manager
will have hands on tasks of fulfilling orders. Holiday seasons and monthly packing week
may contain longer than normal hours.

● Technical Skills: Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, Shipstation, and Warehouse Management
Software are all essential tools for completing tasks.

● Must have a fanatical commitment to reliability. Thousands of customers a week expect
accuracy and reliable shipments. This position is responsible for delivering that accuracy
and reliability.

● Must be comfortable taking action without input from others. Being independent,
thoughtful, and resourceful will enable you to handle unexpected problems.

Primary Tasks

● Work with CEO and Project Manager to maintain schedule of tasks.

● Maintain warehouse inventory and supplies in a documented and organized fashion.

● Conduct regular inventory counts.

● Maintain processes for order fulfillment – Delivering the right product in the right
packaging and protection to the right customer with the right shipping method.

● Process in-bound freight to warehouse shelves and inventory management software

● Create positive and friendly relationships with shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

● Analyze workload and delivery schedules to estimate worker hours required for
completion of assignments and schedule warehouse assistants accordingly.
