Montana milling company mired in lawsuit with Dave’s Killer Bread

A Montana milling company is countersuing Dave’s Killer Bread following a suit filed in February by the Oregon-based bakery that alleges the milling company breached its contract.

In the suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Great Falls last week, Montana Milling Inc. http://www.montanamilling.com/ claims the bakery was at fault for breaching the multi-year contract and costing the processor and various Montana wheat growers millions of dollars.
