Wyoming bill aims to bolster tourism with incentive for filmmakers

A proposed Wyoming bill would incentivize filmmakers to shoot movies, commercials and music videos in the Cowboy State in an effort to boost tourism.
Senate File 24, sponsored by the state Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife & Cultural Resources Interim Committee, would create the film industry financial incentive program for qualified productions.
The committee believes SF 24 would bolster Wyoming’s image and increase tourism.
