Opportunity for local food business partnership with the Missoula Food Co-op

The Missoula Community Food Co-op (MCFC) http://missoulafoodcoop.com/ is seeking synergistic business partnerships to enhance the Burns St Center Food Hub. MCFC would sublet retail, office, and/or production space to business partners; there are many additional cooperative business opportunities, such as co-marketing and co-staffing.

The space currently includes retail space, shelving, sinks, food prep areas, and a walk-in cooler, but can be reformulated to accommodate a number of business needs. Grant assistance is available if more extensive build-out is necessary. Large windows and views of the North hills also included! Rent is negotiable depending on business needs – a mutual agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties. We encourage creative opportunities to bring more local and fresh food to the Missoula community!

MCFC is located in the Westside neighborhood of Missoula at the Burns St Center, 1500 Burns St, which has ample parking. The North Missoula Community Development Corporation owns the Burns St Center, which also houses the Burns St Bistro and the Western Montana Growers Cooperative.
