Global Net passes FCC audit and is approved.

Global Net is proud to announce its operations have been FCC audited and approved.

A recent audit requested by a competing Internet service provider, has resulted in a favorable Federal Communications Commission ruling for Global Net,http://www.rapidwireless.net/ a Montana corporation. The complaint was brought forth by a competing out of state company.

Global Net was granted approved status in all aspects of their transmission and customer premise equipment as free of causing harmful interference within their operational spectrum as a result of this audit. The ruling, handed down on July 7th in response to a May 19th complaint was both swift and decisive. Global Net prevailed in the investigation because according to the FCC, “we find that the evidence does not support a finding at this time that Global Net is intentionally causing harmful interference to "competing wireless provider’s" operations …Accordingly, we are closing our investigation into this matter.”

Having attained FCC approval distinguishes Global Net from other wireless providers in Montana. To our knowledge, no other Montana wireless Internet service provider has been subjected to or prevailed in an audit of this nature.

Coming out of this decision by the Federal Communication Commission, is the fact that sound technical operation, free of service interruption due to spectrum issues is integral to meeting the demands of wireless customers. At present, Global Net is the only Montana carrier to demonstrate this capability through FCC audited and approved status.
