Gov. Steve Bullock talks at infrastructure event in Butte

Governor Steve Bullock unveils his plan of massive upgrades to Montana’s infrastructure.

It’s a plan he’s calling his top legislative priority.

The plan comes with a hefty $292 million price tag, which Bullock proposes paying for with the build Montana trust.
