Montana higher ed commissioner foresees tough times at legislature

Commissioner of Higher Education Clayton Christian said Thursday the upcoming legislative session won’t be easy – even though higher education has fared better in the governor’s proposed budget than some other state agencies.

"I don’t have any illusions that it’s not going to be a challenging session," Christian said.
