Getting to know University of Montana Interim President Sheila Stearns

After yesterday’s surprise announcement that UM President Royce Engstrom was asked to step down, we take a look at the woman who will lead University of Montana while a national search is conducted for the next President.

The Commissioner of Higher Education chose Dr. Sheila Stearns to lead UM during this transition period saying she will bring a fresh perspective to campus.
