Gov. Bullock confident as second term, Legislature set to begin

Gov. Steve Bullock remains confident that he can secure legislative victories despite a Republican sweep of state and federal offices — other than his own.

While much of the nation feels the recent presidential election marks a significant shift in political and national culture, the newly reelected Bullock said he expects it to be business as usual in Helena when legislators return in January to set a two-year budget and consider new laws.
