U.S. Supreme Court decision delays disability rights lawsuit against Butte school district

The suit against the Butte school district was filed by an autistic student who graduated from high school in 2013. He alleges he was denied an appropriate education during the 2011-12 and 2012-13 school years, and is seeking compensatory education.
