Labor Commissioner Pam Bucy addresses Montana workforce shortage

Labor Commissioner Pam Bucy says in the next ten years or less, the state will see around 30,000 people retire from the workforce, she says the state has around half the amount of young people ages 16 to 24 years old who will be able to fill the gap.
