Montana's Fastest Growing Tech Company Highlighted in Competitive Ranking

Wisetail http://www.wisetail.com, Montana's fastest growing tech firm, was just named one of the 50 Best Small Workplaces in the country by Fortune Magazine & the global Great Place to Work® Institute. Wisetail, a leading learning management system (LMS) provider, ranked 25 on the list. The rankings are based on anonymous employee surveys answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including assessment of the honesty and quality of communication by managers, degree of support for employees' personal and professional lives and the authenticity of relationships with colleagues.

"Our mission to power learning and development at great companies can only succeed when we are providing a superior employee experience at home. We're thrilled to be included on this list and proud to say Montana is not only a great place for innovation, but it's also a great place for our employees to adventure and our company to thrive," said Wisetail CEO Justin Bigart.

In the piece, Fortune explained, "It's not about the perks. Sure, it's nice to have a gym in your offices or, say, free ice cream. But what makes a job meaningful depends on a few key qualities: a sense of mission; trust (from managers) and autonomy (for workers); and a culture of teamwork and communication...The revenue growth at the companies on the list averaged three times that of those that were surveyed but didn't make the cut."

According to Fortune & the Great Place to Work® institute, winning a spot on the list indicates the company has distinguished itself from peers by creating a great place to work for all - not only do the majority of their employees experience the company as a great place to work, but this experience is consistent across the organization. Results from the survey are highly reliable, having a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 5% or less.
