The Innovate Montana: Small Business Roadshow Will Be Rolling Into Big Timber On October 20

As part of Governor Steve Bullock’s Main Street Montana Project, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and Innovate Montana are hitting the road to support entrepreneurs and small businesses in an effort to enhance their potential to achieve growth and sustainability.

The Governor’s Office of Economic Development is partnering with Sweet Grass Chamber of Commerce to produce Innovate Big Timber: Small Business Roadshow. The roadshow is a casual event where business owners, potential entrepreneurs, and community members can network, share ideas and learn innovative ways to start or grow small business. All are welcome to attend.

The Roadshow will take place on October 20 at the Greenman building, 227 McLeod, in Big Timber. Things kick off at 5:00pm with a networking meet and greet event with presentations about Entrepreneurial Spirit and Community Development starting at 5:45pm. Followed by talks from successful entrepreneurs Meg Swanson, owner of Spire Climbing in Bozeman and Cathy Smith, owner of the Phillipsburg Brewery in Phillipsburg. Refreshments will be provided.

Enjoy an evening with fellow businesses and community members, Sweet Grass Chamber of Commerce, Beartooth RC&D, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and more. Any and all are welcome…Come with ideas and be ready to INNOVATE Big Timber!
