Apprentices wanted – Funding Available to Fill Crucial Trade Skills Gaps

Within the next decade, Montana will be at least 10,000 workers short in all business sectors as 130,000 Montanans retire, said Pam Bucy, state Labor and Industry commissioner.

After they graduate, apprenticeships abound in their trade — while demand for more skilled workers increases.

"By being a role model for students, by being an apprentice, Bill helps students understand they can have a career, they can have a good life and make good pay,"
