Economist: Medical, finance sectors boost Yellowstone County, despite ag, energy slowdown

Yellowstone County’s economy will likely take a step back in 2016 compared to last year, and collapsing energy prices haven’t yet hit bottom, a University of Montana economist said Tuesday in Billings.
