Info requested from 6,000+ or -population communities that have a community center

I am working on a feasibility study regarding a possible multi-purpose event center to be located in Polson, Montana.

I am interested in knowing of any of our rural communities having such centers in towns of a similar size (6,000 plus or minus) drawing from its surrounding rural areas for events.

It would be located on the site of the existing rodeo grounds. In addition to knowing what types of events they host, I would like to interview a few such sites to understand what works for them, what doesn’t, are they financially able to maintain them, and what would the operators do differently if they were rebuilding.
