Personal finance website ranks Billings as nation’s 7th-best-run city

Billings is the seventh-best run city in America, according to the personal finance website WalletHub.

Billings ranked seventh in overall city services and 23rd in total budget per capita. Missoula finished fourth among the nation’s best-run cities.
