Cascade County solar plans tabled after long hearings
July 23, 2016 /
After six-and-a-half hours of hearings stretching into early Friday morning, the Cascade County Zoning Board of Adjustment again postponed making a decision about two solar power projects proposed for south of Great Falls.
Each Cypress Creek Renewables’ proposal would generate three megawatts of energy from a solar farm within 30 acres, enough to provide power for upward of 600 businesses and homes a year, the company said.
