Governor Bullock’s Statement on U.S. Supreme Court Decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt

Governor Steve Bullock today issued the following statement in response to today’s United States Supreme Court decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt.

"Today’s decision affirms that placing onerous restrictions on Montana women and women across the nation violates their constitutional right to make private medical decisions in consultation between her family, her doctor, and her faith and to access proper and comprehensive care."
