Treasure State Internet & Telegraph in Helena, Montana Announces Crowd-funding Initiatives Under New Laws

New Montana Laws and Federal Laws allow everyone to
invest in start-ups.
Helena, MT – Treasure State Internet & Telegraph has announced two new
crowd-funding initiatives, using the new Blue Sky Laws passed both in
Montana and at the Federal level. These crowd-funding opportunities allow
everyone to invest in TSI&T.

TSI&T has built a portal at http://tsi.io where Montana residents can buy
debentures under Montana’s new Blue Sky laws. "We’ve spent many hours
working to finalize the structure and comply with the new regulations," Eric
Fulton, CEO of TSI&T said. "We’re excited to offer the chance for anyone to
invest in TSI&T, and especially because Montanans can invest as little as
$100 to help us grow."
"The infrastructure we need to serve better internet still costs money,"
added Matt Gorecki, COO of TSI&T, "and every dollar we raise goes to
maximizing our reach as fast as possible."

TSI&T has also partnered with http://www.WeFunder.me for the national crowd
funding. "I’m really excited that everyone can use Wefunder to invest in a
local company that will improve their lives in a real way." said Mike Norman,
Cofounder and President at Wefunder. "Helping everyday americans invest
in companies that are important to them is why we started this company
and I couldn’t be happier that TSI&T is one of the first companies we’re
working with."

TSI&T is raising funds to continue to build out their SuperFi™ fiber network.
In December 2015, TSI&T connected their first SuperFi customers with two
major businesses lighting up at that time – SoFi, a silicon-valley financial
start-up, and Capital City Health Club, the largest gym in Helena.
"As a modern finance company, it’s crucial that we’re able to move quickly
as an organization as well as provide exceptionally fast service to our
growing community of members. TSI&T allows us to do just that." said Matt
Conroy of SoFi, one of TSI&T’s first SuperFi customers.

"We’ve been
exceedingly happy with our speeds and the reliability is unmatched."
"With well over 1,100 people in each day, for more than hour, on average,
we have very heavy internet traffic." explained Jonathan Rickles, General
Manager of Capital City Health Club, "Watching Netflix while doing your
cardio is now easily possible for all our members thanks to TSI&T’s SuperFi
service."
