Wyoming panel to look at state regulation of shell companies following Panama Papers

A legislative committee will discuss Monday state laws that entangled Wyoming in the Panama Papers, 11.5 million leaked documents from a Central American law firm accused of helping wealthy people create shell companies to avoid paying taxes.
