"Perry’s Law" may change the face of economic development – New Law Prevents Other States from Poaching California Businesses

California has long been fertile ground for other states’ economic developers to visit and lure businesses to relocate away from the Golden State. That changed today as Governor Brown passed a new law that will stop economic development organizations coming to meet with and poach these homegrown companies.
