WWAMI’s medical school ranks No. 1 in family, rural and primary training

The University of Washington School of Medicine, which trains Montana students who dream of becoming doctors, has been ranked No. 1 in the nation in family medicine and rural medicine for the 25th year in a row.
UW’s medical school also was No. 1 in primary care for the 22nd year in the 2017 U.S. News & World Report’s ranking of Best Graduate Schools. In addition, UW ranked No. 8 in research, No. 5 in pediatrics and No. 7 in internal medicine.
