Flathead Lake Cheese http://flatheadlakecheese.com/ has become a tourist attraction – something Wendi Arnold never dreamed would happened. She’s added a sliding window for walk-ups.

Montana cheese is a growing venture, and the state now has a handful of cheese producers.
