Dynamic position
leading the Veteran’s Business Outreach Center as part of the Big
Sky
Economic Development (BSED) Team.

Ability to
provide coaching, counseling and training to Veteran Entrepreneurs looking to start,
grow or expand their business. Must have a deep understanding of the Veteran Culture as well
as exceptional leadership c
apability. Individual will manage a team who will serve a 6 state
region.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to
build professional relationships with clients, lenders, co
–
workers, local, state, and feder
al
agencies, and community partners, work independently while staying accountable, and to work
with a wide variety of individuals and organizations. The position must be client focused with a
strong customer
–
service objective.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
MBA is preferred.
