Bozeman’s new mayor on bond measures, jobs and managing growth

New Bozeman Mayor Carson Taylor began his two-year term this week, taking office as the city prepares a bond measure to pay for a new police and court building and, amid a booming economy, grapples with the impact of a thousand new residents a year.
