Walk into the Elliotts of Montana http://elliottsofmontana.com/ facility, tucked away off of busy Jackrabbit Lane, on any given day and you’ll be welcomed with the smell of freshly baked cookies.

But depending on the day, that smell could be a little different.

"We’re just really excited to work with nonprofits," said Rita Elliott, matriarch of the Elliott family and founder of Elliotts of Montana. "This is a Montana product. All the money stays in Montana."
