Foot Locker cuts turnover, boost sales with predictive analytics

Foot Locker says it was able to cut its high turnover rate and bolster sales by using predictive analytics software to hire employees better matched with company needs. The company says the process helped find workers who were likely to stay long term and had a vested interest in Foot Locker’s success. The new hiring process involves online and behavioral assessments, and individually tailored questions.
