Inglis tells crowd at MSU carbon tax could solve climate change

A former Republican congressman who believes climate change is real told a crowd at Montana State University that he thinks the free market can help solve the problem — by eliminating energy subsidies and taxing carbon.
"We believe that what we have here is a problem of economics that has environmental consequences," said Bob Inglis.
