Bloomberg Businessweek surveyed 12,773 business school alumni, for the first time ever, and found that women with MBAs face a gender-based pay divide that starts as soon as they graduate, and only gets worse throughout their careers. They end up managing fewer people and less satisfied with their jobs than men with the exact same degrees, who graduated at the same time.
