Partnerships and projects: Improvements may be coming to midtown Helena

The second of two community meetings sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency saw projects and partnerships emerge for Helena and the surrounding area.

Interest in seeking federal grants for environmental cleanup work in a three-county area — Lewis and Clark, Broadwater and Jefferson counties — came from the meeting, as did interest in reopening planning efforts for the Centennial Trail in Helena.
