Big Sky Economic Development (BSED) is looking for a dynamic candidate who will be accountable for the direction, coordination, and delivery of activities for the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) in Billings, MT.

This individual will provide consulting and training to businesses interested in pursuing the government marketplace and assist businesses with understanding the requirements and processes necessary to expand into this specialized market. The individual in this position will provide technical assistance, training and advice on procurement subjects to businesses in a multi-county region.

To perform this job successfully, this individual must communicate effectively at all organizational levels and with businesses from diverse industries. This person must be able to operate in a performance based culture focused on metric driven outcomes.
