University of Montana’s Rural Institute gets $2.5 million grant to help people with disabilities

Researchers at the University of Montana are receiving a $2.5 million national grant to expand a program that’s already proven to benefit people with disabilities – and to develop more curricula.

The Rural Institute’s http://ruralinstitute.umt.edu/ Research and Training Center on Disability in Rural Communities received the five-year grant from the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research, according to a news release Thursday from University Relations.
