The Helena Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Cash Services Department. The position requires overseeing cash operations and staff, providing quality service to customers, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively in an advanced control environment.

Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and two or more years of operations experience. Banking-related experience preferred. Experience to include collaborating with others to accomplish tasks as well as strong leadership.
